Q. Are the files accurate?

A. Some are, some aren't. That's why we let you rate the files. Let your friends know what you think.

Q. How do I upload my notes?

A. Go to the course that you're uploading for and just hit "Add File" from the Files tab.

Q. Can I upload tests too?

A. Sure! But you must ask your professor's permission first.

Q. I'm a professor and don't want my exams on the site! What can I do?

A. Email us and let us know, or click on the red flag next to the exam file.

Q. Someone else uploaded my notes without permission. What can I do?

A. Next to each file there's a little red flag. That alerts us that someone posted your notes on our site without your permission. Click the flag, fill out the form, and send it to us. We'll investigate the matter promptly and, if warranted, take down the file.

Q. Why do I have to be logged in to upload a file?

A. If we allowed everyone to waltz by and upload files, it would be easy for a robot to come, upload files, and poof, everyone downloading them would get viruses. Instead, we ask users to log in as a way of preventing viruses.

Q. When uploading a file, Is there a limitation the size of a file?

A. Yes, the maximum allowed file size is 25 MegaBytes (26214400 bytes). If you have a larger file, contact us and we'll be glad to help.
