Like CivPro, NYP is a course you must have a good professor for. Lipshie is all that and more. He takes what's otherwise a dry topic and makes it interesting and understandable. Despite the great outlines available, you *want* to go to class.
Lipshie gives the CPLR course to NYS Judges, the man knows what he's talking about. The class may meet twice a week whereas the other NYP courses only meet once. But its worth it. Take him. | |
