This may just be due to the difficulty of the material. Perhaps the professor could be a little clearer, but it is not a deal-breaker. He's a bit difficult to understand because his level of mastery is way out there but he will keep rephrasing and rephrasing until you tell him you're satisfied. Has a lot of insightful comments and his exams are very fair. Nothing like the otherworldly stuff you talk about in class. Just straight black-letter law. Amazingly nice but I feel bad for him sometimes. It seems like he hates life.
