01/03/20121931H - East/West2.21125YesOkay, so he's knowledgeable, and probably a nice guy in real life. But stay away. He requires all writing to be done under his draconian, unfair rules (no state of being verbs) so it takes 2 days and many f-bombs dropped to complete a short essay, to say nothing of a whole paper. And that's only if you've actually understood the assignment, which he is usually unclear about, especially when he gives you way too short notice to actually complete it. I actually have no idea what he wants out of his students, and I've tried to figure it out, and he has failed to shed any light on it. Emailed him while writing a paper asking him what the proper procedure for notations was, did not respond to me, then took off points when I got it wrong. My father, who went to YU, told me he avoided Lee in his day. I should have followed in my father's footsteps, and so should you.
