12/31/2009 | 1011 - Introductory Macroeconomics | | 3.5 | 3 | 2 | 5 | 4 | Yes | This might be the easiest class you can get in Yeshiva College. All you need to do is study a few graphs before each of his quizzes which are given every 2 weeks or so. For some reason, he makes 3 or 4 "larger" (10 multiple choice) quizzes worth more and calls them tests. If you screw these up, you lose the A...but if you're up for skipping class and putting in just a little time (say an hour) for those "tests," you're on your way to an easy A. 07/19/2009 | 1021 - Introductory Microeconomics | | 4.2 | 4 | 5 | 3 | 5 | Yes | As an economics teacher he is the best. His lectures are optional but one should go because it is a great class. At first he is hard to understand but you will get used to it. His quiz's are easy if u spend an hour looking over the material. He tries every once in a while to be tricky but if you are smart, you'll figure it out. Also if you mess up on one or two quiz's say goodbye to that A. But he is fun and and you will learn a lot. take his class. | |
01/09/2008 | 1021 - Introductory Microeconomics | | 2.5 | 2 | 1 | 3 | 4 | No | Just do the readings and only show up to class when there are quizzes (which he will email a million times about) and when he goes over the quiz questions after. His lectures just confuse you, making things 100x more complicated than it needs be but from time to time, it's good fun to hear him speak with an Italian accent.
