05/06/20107118 - Criminal Procedure2.22142NoAwful.
10/09/20097118 - Criminal Procedure4.55535YesShe was a wonderful professor, who was happy to speak to you after class. Her exam was a lot harder than I anticipated due ratings, so I got about 5-6 questions wrong. The curve is not terrible, though, as I still got an A- for the course.

04/18/2009N/A - International Law2.82243NoI didn't care for her presentation or demeanor, but she taught all of the relevant law. Has a habit of teaching International Law from an Israeli perspective. I'm not sure if it was the professor that turned me off from the topic, or if I just didn't like the topic. Easy multiple-choice final. Took forever to grade.
11/26/2008N/A - International Law2.82135NoShe basically sucks. Spends the entire class talking about her accomplishments.

02/03/20077118 - Criminal Procedure3.85343YesIt is an easy class and most people take it cause Huigens is hard, BUT, if I had to do it over I would take Huigens. I had him for Criminal Law and he was much more knowledgable, helpful, and interesting. Halberstam is very biased and allows her conservative views to affect the way she teaches the material. She stereotypes criminals and rarely recognizes the rehabilitative goals of the criminal justice system. As mentioned in another rating here, get the Elan Weinreb outline, it is word for word. This is a straight forward regurgitation class. The difference between an "A" and "B" on the exam is like 4 or 5 questions wrong, the curve is nasty.
09/21/20067118 - Criminal Procedure4.85545YesThis is the best professor at Cardozo! I loved her! She's very clear and goes through the material in an organized way. She has lots of experiences so she shares tons of anecdotes. Her exam is MC and is very straightforward--there are no surprises.

09/19/20067118 - Criminal Procedure3.53335NoBoring class. There's an outline, I don't have it, but I'm sure someone else will upload it. You HAVE to get this outline. Its what Halberstam says, word for word. Bring your casebook since she's interested in having people read quotes. Multiple choice exam. Hated it.
