I have a background in patent law, and I found myself disagreeing with half of the statements he made. His lectures are uninteresting and were not helpful. Talking about cases and statutes was fine in class. I did not think the exam was entirely fair based on what we did in class, but I did learn a lot. I wouldn't recommend this class for someone doesn't want to go into IP or patents specifically, but I don't think anyone else teaches the course. | |
