Q. What's the goal of the site?
A. Our goal is to provide every student the opportunity to download notes from their classes. Instead of emailing all of your friends, you can just post your notes here. Instead of asking total strangers, just come here.

Q. What do teachers think?
A. So far, the response has been overwhelmingly positive. But some hate the idea. We can't please all people all the time. We'll settle for 50.1%

Q. Why aren't my courses or professors listed?
A. We have nearly four thousand schools in our database, including every university, community college, law and medical school in America. Putting in all of the courses and professors takes lots of time. We're working daily to update the university information. But, we don't want you to feel left out. So, you can go and add your professor and course yourself. It's quick and easy.

Q. This is a great idea, can I help?
A. Definitely! First, upload your notes. But we're looking for school administrators, a very easy job. All you have to do is read the new course ratings and check the newly uploaded files. Alternatively, you can just go and add courses and professors. We're also on the lookout for new ideas, so send us your thoughts. If you have your school's professor list or course catalog, email it to us and we'll quickly update all the courses in your school.

Q. What made you come up with this crazy idea?
A. To learn more about us go to the Who We Are page. Basically, we're a bunch of students who thought this was a great idea.

Q. I forgot my password, why do I need to choose a new one?
A. Because your dog can't choose one for you. Seriously though, for security reasons, we store all passwords encrypted with one-way encryption. Nobody can recover your password once you set it -- not us, not your parents, not that professor you badmouthed the other day, and not the uber geek who lives in the dorm room next door to you. So, if you forget your password, you need to set a new one.
