02/03/20076703 - Torts1.81114YesVery unhelpful and abusive to students in class. She is old school and believes that if something doesn't kill you it makes you stronger. To a certain extent, she's probably right, but the problem with her is that she does not have the patience to explain why she thinks you're wrong. She frequently calls people idiots or just waves them off when they try to ask questions after class. But, if you are a 1L and you get assigned, you have no choice but to take her. The best advice I have is to read Prosser on Torts. She gives contradictory advice on how to take the exam in her class, so, just read prosser.
