12/28/20067330 - Evidence3.23325YesDespite many other unfavorable reviews, I found his class both entertaining and informative of how evidence gets applied in the real world. Additionally, having attended his class regularly, there was an advantage on the exam due to questions regarding issues that he stressed in class. The one major negative I would attribute to Professor Lushing is that if you do not understand something after a couple of his attempts at explaining it, then he would get frustrated and say that it would require harder work on the student's part to understand the issue. All that being said, his exam only contained issues that were discussed in class. there are no surprises of any kind on his exam. He is perhaps the funniest professor at Cardozo so it was always a good laugh at class.
12/22/20067330 - Evidence3.83255YesAt 8:30 in the morning, I wouldn't have survived any other professor...that said, I also didn't learn any evidence from him. He's very witty and sarcastic (overall, very funny guy)...however, as far as learning evidence, be prepared to teach it to yourself.
12/05/20067330 - Evidence1.51131NoAvoid this professor like the plague! Although he is quite amusing, and there is something to be said for entertainment at 8:30 in the morning, comedy does not help teach you any evidence. Only take this class if you want a class that you won't attend. 80% of the students stop going to class after the first month.
