02/03/2007 | 7502 - Constitutional Law II | | 4.2 | 4 | 5 | 3 | 5 | Yes | My favorite course to date in law school. Some students complain about Rosenfeld because he strays from the syllabus, but I appreciated it. He gives a good history of the cases so you understand context and also gives good synopsises of the philosophical issues invloved. If you want a straight forward memorization course where the prof tells you exactly what you need to know from each case for the exam, he isn't for you. But, if you enjoy thinking for yourself and getting a well-rounded understanding, you'll like Rosenfeld. His exam isn't overly difficult either. He is very open to arguments as long as they are well-founded. Emmanuel's was very helpful. | |
