03/18/20077521 - Administrative Law3.83525Yesspeaks very quickly, but still very worthwhile to take. great professor
10/19/20067521 - Administrative Law3.23415YesProf. Stack thinks and speaks a mile a minute. I'm a fast typist, and it was hard to keep up. He explores the nuances of competing doctrines over many cases, and he likes to get into the arguments advanced by competing groups of Justices in deeply split decisions. I found this course very tough, but rewarding. Still, you could take it with an easier professor and still get a lot out of the topic, and probably wind up less confused than I was.
10/10/20067521 - Administrative Law3.53335YesThis course should be called Con Law III as it is the constitutional basis for the administrative state. Although he pops when he speaks which can be really distracting and the course starts out slow, as it picks up it becomes extremely interesting and Professor Stack's knowledge and understanding of the material really shines through.
